Argentina grabbed hold of the gold medal in Olympic men's football after beating rival Nigeria 1-0 under the hot sun. The same two team battled each other in the finals 12 years back, but it was Nigeria which took the first place. The temperature was at a red hot 42C at the Bird Nest Stadium in Beijing yesterday but it didn't stop Angel Di Maria, the player from Benfica, from scoring.
